“The house in the forest”

An old house once home to famous writers and artists has now been turned into a wine bar and tapas restaurant. Lake House is found on Soi Prommitr which is located on Sukhumvit Soi 39. BTS Phrom Phong or you can access the soi from Sukhumvit Soi 49 turning at left at Starbucks. The Lake house or Turtle house which its sometimes affectionately called has remained a hidden gem and even has its own resident Burmese turtle!

The food menu features Tapas and some main dishes and the wine selection is great. This has to be a mellow evening and just right for the WOMBLES March dinner.

Karen Brent will run a free "Water Babies - water familarization and fun for bubs and tots" class before our BAMBI meeting each month. Have your singing voices ready as we introduce bubs and toddlers to the joys of swimming in a fun, low pressure class with songs, fall-in-recovery-practice, bubbles, kicks and streamlining practice.  For the toddlers we'll also include some introductory learn to swim practice. 

The 20 minute class will start at 9.30am before our monthly Bambi meetings.  Please ensure your little ones come "geared" with appropriate swimming nappies.  Karen is Australian and has been teaching learn to swim and coaching since 1989; more importantly, she is a mother to 2.5yr old Alex and 5 month old Lucy.

Join Swiss-trained Personal Trainer, Sarah Bagnuoli, as we learn about post-natal fitness. Sarah runs Wham Pram workouts (for mums and babies) and Mums on the Run (only for mums).
