1. How do I become a member of BAMBI?
Becoming a member is easy. There are three ways you can become a BAMBI member, choose which is best for you:
1. You can become a BAMBI member at any BAMBI Playgroups or events. Please see our Playgroups page for list of playgroups to find one near you. You can join BAMBI right away after providing us with bhrief information about yourself and membership payment of 1000 THB. A Playgroup leader will provide you with your BAMBI membership card. With your membership card, you can login to our website, and complete your membership profile, if you have not done so, and can start placing classified advertisement and join in our online forum.
2. Download an application form, fill it out and turn it in at any one of our BAMBI weekly playgroup nearest you, or you can send it as an email attachment to our New Members Coordinator, newmembers@bambiweb.org. You also need to pay your membership fee of 1000 THB. You can pay at playgroup or via bank account transfer.

Once we receive your payment, you will receive an email with login and password information.
Please return to our website to complete your membership profile, if you have not done so, so we can send you your BAMBI magazine and your BAMBI membershp card.
3. You can apply for your BAMBI membership online by going to our New Members page (under Membership tab), and complete brief info. form. An email will be automatically sent to your email address with information on bank payment transfer to pay for your membership fee. Once we receive payment verifcation, we will activate your BAMBI membership. You will then receive an email with your online password for access to online forum and classified ad placement. Please return to our website and complete your membership profile so that we can send you your BAMBI News magazine and BAMBI membership card.

2. How do I renew my BAMBI membership?
Renewing your BAMBI membership is easy. Thirty days prior to your membership expiration, an automatic email will be sent to your email address with details on how to renew your membership.
Below is process to renew your BAMBI membership:

3. How can I post a classified advertisement if I am not a member?
First of all, we do get a lot of questions about posting advertisement to our classified section from non-members. We want to point out that BAMBI does not allow the posting of Business and Promotional advertisements on BAMBI Website Classified Advertisements section. If you are unsure whether or not your advertisement would be considered business or promotional, do not do any money transfer. Send us your advertisement first to website@bambiweb.org, and if the advertisement is approved, we will wait for your payment (with proof) before posting your advertisement on BAMBI website.
If you've made a money transfer/donation without consulting with us with your advertisement, and it turns out we cannot post your advertisement, we will not offer you a refund, please be aware of this.
Non-members can now post advertisements on the website for a full month through the following easy steps:

For those without scanners, simply take a photo of the payment slip and attach to email.

4. I lost my membership card, how can I get a new one?
Please contact our New Members Coordinator, pay 100 Baht (via bank transfer--see account information above), and a replacement card will be sent to you.
5. I haven't received my magazine. Who do I contact?
Perhaps we do not have your correct address or your membership has expired. Please send an email to newmembers@bambiweb.org and database@bambiweb.org so we can figure out why you have not received your magazine.
6. I posted an advertisement in the Classified section but have not seen it posted.
There could be a few reasons why your advertisement is not posted:

8. I have twins. Is there a TWINS Playgroup?

9. What are some benefits of becoming a BAMBI member?
10. I have an event I would like posted in your Events in the Community Section. How do I do this?
Our policy for posting Events in the Community is that it must be family friendly (i.e no nudity, not affiliated with any religion, non-commercial). BAMBI gives priority to events with charity causes. BAMBI Events allows schools to post events on the calendar where BAMBI is the sponsor of the event, providing PR/Marketing support for events school's sponsor to benefit BAMBI members.
Please go to our Calendar tab>>Events in the Community>>Post Your Event to post your Events in the Community. Once it is approved, your event will be posted on our website.
11. I am a business. I want to offer discounts to BAMBI members. What do I do?
