Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct engaging and age-appropriate football training sessions for children.
• Teach fundamental football skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and basic tactics.
• Create a safe and inclusive environment where children can learn, have fun, and build confidence.
• Develop individual and team-based training drills to improve players' skills and game understanding.
• Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to players, helping them to develop and reach their potential.
• Promote good sportsmanship, teamwork, and positive values among the children.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the children during training sessions, following all relevant safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of football fundamentals and coaching techniques.
• Previous coaching experience, preferably with young children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both children and parents.
• Passionate about working with children and fostering their development.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and the ability to create a fun and positive learning environment.
