This year we are proud to announce our new kid’s fitness program “Underdogs”! We offer fun fitness classes for kids between the ages 5-11 and 11-16. We provide a wide variety of fun games and sports including football, basketball, badminton and more. Also, we use a sport science approach to measure their performance and see how the kids improve over the sessions whilst keeping it engaging of course!
